MAINTAINING & SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE 

Book your service on line by clicking here or call 08700 58 58 35 and we will arrange all servicing and maintenance for you.

Arrangements will be made on your behalf with a dealership that is in close proximity to you. Delivery & Collection services are usually available.

Please note:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s mileage/time schedules. It is the driver’s responsibility to carry out regular checks on fluid levels, lights and tyres between services as detailed in the vehicle's handbook and service record

TYRE REPLACEMENT 

Call our driver help line number on 08700 58 58 35 and we will arrange for the mobile tyre replacement service to come out to you.

Alternatively call in at any Kwik-Fit Centre. On arrival advise them that you are a 1car1 Contracts customer and they will contact us for authority to proceed with the necessary work.

GLASS REPLACEMENT 

For glass replacement or repair, please call driver services on 08700 58 58 35 and we will arrange for the mobile glass replacement / repair service to visit you.

ACCIDENTS 

Should your vehicle be involved in an accident, please carry out the procedure advised by your organisation.

Please notify 1car1 Contracts of the incident on 08700 58 58 35 and we will endeavour to do all we can to assist.

REPLACEMENT VEHICLES 

If you are entitled to a relief vehicle under the terms of your contract due to mechanical or accidental damage, call our driver help line number 08700 58 58 35

Please Note:
When your own vehicle is ready, please ensure that it is collected without delay and notify 1car1 Contracts that the replacement vehicle must be collected. Any hire vehicle not terminated with 1car1 Contracts may incur additional costs.

You and your company will be liable for fuel shortfall, supplementary insurance and any other ancillary charges.

DAILY RENTAL 

If you wish to hire an additional vehicle for any reason or your contract does not provide for a replacement vehicle, please contact the driver helpline number on 08700 58 58 35 and we will make the hire arrangements for you at preferential rates, to be recharged to your company.

VEHICLE EXCISE DUTY (VED) 

You must ensure that your current VED licence is displayed.

1car1 Contracts will ensure a replacement is sent to your organisation in good time.

FOREIGN TRAVEL 

If you wish to take your vehicle outside the UK you will need authority from 1car1 Contracts and a VE103b (Hired Vehicle Certificate).

Please pay any penalties promptly otherwise an administration charge may be applied and recharged to your company.

PENALTY CHARGES 

Any charge that is not paid on the day will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued. This notice will be received by 1car1 Contracts who will settle the charge immediately and your company will be charged the value of the penalty fee plus an administration fee.

CONGESTION CHARGING 

You can pay the Congestion Charge either in advance or on the day of travel before, during or after the journey or by midnight the following charging day.

The charge is £8 if you pay by midnight on the day of travel or £10 if you pay by midnight the following charging day (you can pay the following charging day via the call centre and website only www.cclondon.com).

In the event that this is not paid in advance a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) of £100 to the registered keeper of the vehicle. As with parking penalties, this payment will be reduced to £50 for prompt payment within 14 days, Therefore 1car1 Contracts will process the charge, incurring additional administration costs which will be charged back to your company.

END OF CONTRACT 

On return/collection of the vehicle an inspection report will be completed.

Try to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good condition.

Any accidental damage not made good before return will incur charges for rectification.

The Manufacturers Service Book and all the keys, including spares, must be returned in the car. The cost of replacing keys can be expensive and will be your responsibility.
